Chef Michael Aprea has managed and executed thousands of weddings, corporate affairs, and other social gatherings throughout New England since 1993.

Michael is a self-taught chef who has traveled the world studying global cuisines and techniques. His major influences include his Italian heritage and several strong women in his life. His great grandmother was an executive chef in Lithuania and caterer in the United States; his grandmother, a restaurant owner; and his mother, an avid caterer in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Michael is passionate about creating festive celebrations with both traditional and international influences, while combining simple techniques with beautiful, fresh, and local ingredients.
